Disrupting the Health & Fitness Industry With “Mz.ButterflyBeast”

Have you heard of your girl, Mz.ButterflyBeast? If you haven’t, it’s time that you do because she is ready to turn the health and fitness industry around. Lanora Wyatt, a.k.a Mz.ButterflyBeast, is a former member of the U.S. Navy and Army, a Human Resources professional, and a Certified Master Trainer (CMT) through the International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA). She launched Fitness by Nori on November 21 of 2020 to assist others with their health and wellness goals. As a trainer, Lanora has helped others gain happiness and satisfaction with the decrease of body weight. With that, she is here to share the 3 M’s you need in order to stay fit: mindset, motivation, and movement.

Mindset

Giving up is easy when you don’t immediately see noticeable changes in your body and this results in the lack of motivation to continue exercising. However, it’s impossible to achieve a toned body and sculpted muscles after one session. You have to engage in rigorous workouts and follow strict diets. All of these are fueled by a growth mindset to attain your health and fitness goals. Having this type of thinking can allow anyone to shine in any sphere. Everyone is born with innate attributes and abilities, but the improvement of these natural assets will only happen on your own accord. A growth mindset leads to flourishing results, externally and internally.

Motivation

In order to persevere through anything, you need to be motivated. Overall wellness is not skin deep. It isn’t limited to looking better, losing weight, becoming lean, and gaining muscle, it should also be becoming mentally and emotionally healthy. Being driven by specific motivations to work hard and exert effort to achieve your desired results makes your fitness journey more purposeful. Most of the time, you just wait for motivation to suddenly hit you in the head, but, in reality, you have to actively work on your reasons and plan for your goals.

Movement

Even if your mind is well prepared, you cannot achieve your health and fitness goals without moving. You have to combine mindset and motivation with movement. Regular exercises and systematic workouts that fit your needs are essential to achieve your desired outcomes. Having physical activity contributes to the increase of muscle strength and boosting endurance in everyday life. Research also shows that regularly exercising can decrease the risks of experiencing anxiety, depression, and negative mood by improving your self-esteem.
