For several years, I have actually been saying there is no magic tablet.
However, possibly I was incorrect.
The magic tablet is acknowledging the magic pills. And preventing them.
When you see or hear any “professional” claiming to have determined a single issue that will resolve all of your issues, that’s when you know the technique is incorrect.
With a lot of people blaming everything from fat to carbs, hormones to contaminants, swelling and dairy, animal foods, and sugar– it becomes a simple limit to separate the shortsighted from the helpful. If you listened to them all, you would not have the ability to consume anything.
Weight reduction, muscle gain, and basic health are complicated. There are rules and habits that will get you there. But, there’s no such thing as one-size-fits-all.
Discover to see the magic tablets (and prevent them) and you’ll have less stress and, hopefully, much better health.
